Anyways, I was looking for a recipe for a homemade shower bath bomb sort of thing. I had the worst cold and my nose was completely useless for 6 days. (Seriously, I didn’t need the nose cause it wasn’t working AT ALL!) What I found was a zillion recipes for BATH bombs and DIY chest rubs. Neither of those was what I wanted….I’m a busy lady, I take showers! I needed something that was going to de-stuff my nose WHILE I was being productive (and not smelling). Since my nose was suffering for so long, I decided I had to try something. Anything!!!!! So I took all of these recipes and decided to make my own! The first part of my plan was to figure out which essential oils would work best for my nasal congestion. The next part was the actual shower vapor magic. What you’ll need: Directions To use your shower melt: I can’t tell you what a difference this made to my nasal usage!
