5 of the Best Father’s Day Gift Ideas
INSIDE: CHECK OUT OUR LIST OF 5 OF THE BEST FATHER’S DAY GIFT IDEAS TO SAVE YOU TIME AND TROUBLE
Dads are hard to buy gifts for….it is super easy to be cheesy, but do they like the cheesy gifts? I don’t know, I’m not a Dad. But according to my research (my husband and Dad) they love everything we give them.
But are Dads really all that different from Moms?
Turns out they aren’t. So here are some ideas to make the men of your life happy on this very special day in June.
Need more ideas that you can make yourself and don’t suck to receive? Check out this post for more ideas.
1 – Grillin’
Every man wants to be better on the grill. Whether they use gas, charcoal, or lighter fluid….they want to make a meal on the grill for their families. Some are better than others, so for those that aren’t good – offer grilling cookbooks. These have amazing ideas on what to make but also how to grill them.
Utensils are also a GREAT gift. Most Dads like a sports team. Getting them spatulas or tongs with a sports team emblem is a two fold gift.
Of course, if you have a more advanced griller, these fellas need more specific tools like pizza ovens, veggie baskets, or digital Bluetooth thermometers.
2 – Huntin’, Fishin’ and Lovin’ every day (sing it, you know you want to)
I don’t know much about these things…but you know who does? Amazon….I found some great ideas like these binoculars (I think any outdoors men would love them).
I know a little more about fishing and so I will tell you that buying a rod and reel for a seasoned fisherman is a tall order. However, I found this one and thought it would be perfect for compact fishing trips. If you have a dude that likes to hike AND fish….this might be the thing he has been searching for.
Or how about the guy that thinks he is on Naked and Afraid? (Hopefully without the Naked part…)
3 – Tech Savvy
I am always amazed at the tech savvy Dads. But these days, it isn’t just about smart phones and laptops. We have smart HOMES, smart cars, and artificial intelligence powered devices. ENTER everyone’s BFF –
And….she even has a little sister…..who can do the same things.
4 – Dads like pictures too
Here we go, back to the school pictures that never get handed out….please, just put them in frames and give them as gifts. (In case you can’t tell, I am convincing myself as I write this).
OR – let the kids design some frames.
5 – Gamer Dad
Virtual Reality anyone? Its all the rage! Check out this stand alone VR headset. No PC or gaming system needed.

Happy gift giving,
