**So what ARE Swedish Dishcloths?**

Swedish dishcloths are ultra-absorbent, reusable cloths made from a blend of wood pulp and cotton. Think of them as the love child of a sponge and a microfiber cloth—but eco-friendly, cute, and actually functional.

A single cloth can replace 15–17 rolls of paper towels (yes, rolls!), and it dries fast enough to avoid that gross, smelly-sponge smell we all pretend we don’t have. That’s RIGHT I said REPLACE!!!

Why I converted to Swedish Dishcloths

1. They Soak Up Everything – These things absorb 15x their weight in liquid. Translation: juice spills, water rings, sticky milk drips—gone in an instant.

How to use them in your daily routine

Wiping counters (multiple times a day—because kids)
Absorbing big spills before they run off the counter
Wiping appliances so they don’t look like crime scenes
Drying dishes quickly when I’m too tired to wait

How long do they really last?

Most last up to 6 months, depending on how often they’re used. Mine get a heavy workout, so I rotate a few at a time. When they finally can no longer be used, you can compost them—if you are so inclined. ACTIVE brand recommends changing them up every couple months, but can last longer with proper care.

What, you may ask, is proper care? You can throw them in the dishwasher, washing machine or hand wash them….they still don’t stink….unlike sponges or washcloths.

Short answer – YES!
