I am so bored with dinners lately, how about you??
I feel like I find something that looks good and hesitate because the kids won’t eat it. Well, I’m done with that and you should be too. If they don’t like what is cooked, they can make their own dinner (within reason)!

Keto is not a sustainable diet, actually the word “diet” is not what we think it is. No one should “go on a diet” but rather change what is in your diet! Diet – the food you eat, not the limits of what you can’t.
SO here is my attempt at balancing our diet, not DIETING….we will see if we all survive.
Dinner Plan
- Monday – chicken tenders with a veggie
- Tuesday – Pizza chicken in a crock pot from here
- Wednesday – Egg roll in a bowl from here
- Thursday – leftovers
- Friday – Pesto chicken caprese from here
- Saturday – Air fryer pork chops likes these
- Sunday – I’m taking the day off…..someone else can think of something!!
All of these new menu items mean another trip to the grocery store. I had a few items on the list from the previous cabinet clean out…..doesn’t look like a cheap grocery week. Guess that’s the price for healthy eating. Good thing I have the “order online and pick up curbside” deal! Of course, there are plenty of places that deliver now……but……we have a favorite!!!
