Spring cleaning? Why wait?!?

I challenge you to 30 days of lifestyle changes.

Begin by picking your start day….we will go room by room and organize along with new challenges for our health!

I recently told my kids – no fast food or frozen/ordered out pizza for the whole month of January. They were none to pleased and my husband had a panic attack when he thought that meant he would have to cook every night. (I seriously DISLIKE cooking!) So not only better organized house but more productive (hoping it makes me feel better about myself) ME!

This means I have to plan better, think ahead, and take less naps 😢.

For a long time, I’ve written kids activities on a weekly white board hanging on my fridge. I added meal plans but that never stuck. My thought was if I wrote it, I would stick to the plan. I even bought groceries based on that plan. Which lead to rotten food, money wasted, and panic ordering at the closest fast food joint. I never accounted for leftovers or impromptu dining out.

So today I start simple – plan the rest of the week, write it down, and follow through. Then on Monday, I begin the REAL challenge.
